DISCLAIMER!!! GUYS SHOULD KNOW THAT THIS IS ABOUT WOMEN'S HEALTH!!!
Tip:Be wise when choosing your undies.
Many ladies don't realize the importance of wearing proper undergarments for staying healthy. It never crosses their mind that their undies could cause them to get horrible UTI infections and other bacterial infections. How to combat this is actually very simple.
#1 Always wear 100% cotton undies.
Cotton is hypo-allergenic, dust-mite resistant, allows for better air circulation, and keeps your skin dry even in hot humid weather. Other synthetic materials can store up moisture allowing bacteria to grow and potentially cause an infection. GROSS!
#2 Wear thong underwear sparingly.
Thongs make a direct connection between your anus, vagina, and urethra due to the construction of the undies. This allows bacteria such as E.coli spread easily(93% of urinary tract infections are caused by E. Coli from the bowels) from your anus to your vagina and urethra. Other infections you can get other than UTIs are bladder infections and yeast infections.
So be wise and limit your use on the thongs and always opt for 100% cotton. Your body will be happier and healthier in the long run.
