Winter is hitting very hard making even the whitest girls look ashy. Here is one thing that you all need to remember when moisturizing.

Remember to lotion up your neck. Many people forget about this. As we start to age and things start a droopin' our necks included in this droopage. The reason to lotion is simple. By adding moisture to your skin it retains it's elasticity thus not becoming like this:
